Isaac had to make a film for Spanish class, demonstrating the making of empanadas. Basically he would film himself sort of chopping things, while speaking Spanish, then turn the camera off, and I would move in and do the actual work. Shocking. They came out quite good and kind of pretty. He had to take them all to class, so, none for us.

He took the recipe to school! And the video didn't show the actual recipe, I got it from food.com, I just googled "Argentinian Empanadas". The dough was incredibly delicious. We left out the raisins and green olives as the Ipsen clan find those quite objectionable.
